Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the style is preserved.

Print & Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of arrival.
